Who is Miss Selloane Meriam Motsamai and how did she get started?

Biography
Miss Selloane Meriam Motsamai was born in the rurals of CANA in Berea district where she was raised by her grandmother. After completing her COSC in 2013 at Ts’ekelo High School, she went to work in South Africa where she was involved in a cosmetics manufacturing company.
In 2016 she came back in April 2016 to Sept 2017 she worked at LEKUKA JOB CREATION Company, a cosmetic manufacturing company based in Maseru Lesotho where she gained experience and learned how to take care of clients..
When did she start her company?
In 2017 she founded her own company, Leaps & Bounce cosmetics Pty Ltd, which focuses on manufacturing cosmetics and offering training on how people can use and manufacture their own cosmetics using indigenous plants.The company aims at solving problems people face with their skin as well as unemployment.
What are her achievements?

She is a YALI RLC Cohort 7 2019 alumna under Business and Leadership in entrepreneurship track. She is also a 2022 trainee through BEDCO Capacity Building Program. Furthermore, she enrolled in online courses studying marketing and business.
Through her love for business and its potential to inspire change, she is a facilitator and a trainer, training people in cosmetics manufacturing and also to start their own businesses.
Her first recognition on cosmetics trainings was when she began working with LESOTHO FEDERATION OF ORGANIZATIONS OF THE DISABLED (LNFOD).
She currently works as a Trainer and Facilitator at BOTLE SKINCARE which falls under LESOTHO COOPERATIVE CREDIT UNION LEAGUE. BOTLE SKINCARE is manufactured in 5 districts of Lesotho in 13 places. She mostly works with women.
