This type of talent is the major reason why I had to write about this incredible and talented teacher. He is a good commentator. Mr Kotelo started his career by imitating the famous South African soccer commentator, Mr. Thabo Kofa who is known by the name Mr. Cool. Yes, I can see someone nodding alone. That is how Nkhube got the name Mr. Cool. This is simply because he is good at what he does, they gave him that name.

Did you know that Nkhube is a good pianist! I was shocked too when I discovered this. I became more amazed when he played me a choral song he composed. I was like, “this brother is so talented!” It’s a pity I didn’t save that song he wrote, but I am challenging him to release that song to the world.

Let it be sang by a choir or by school choirs. How nice it would be to hear that song being played on radio or on television. Imagine how viral it can go, I already mentioned that he has got a large following on social media. If he were to release this song, it would be a killer song.

‘Makhubelu’s talent made him known all over the 10 districts of Lesotho. He got his first break after releasing a movie called Sekoele. After being rejected at the trials on LNBS 2007-2009, he decided to try the comedy world and he succeeded. If you want to watch him in action, you can watch the above video, but be warned that the graphics are not that good, so you will have to buy a full movie from him.

As I write this article, he is one of the sought after comedian in Lesotho. Even many companies are hiring him to advertise their products on their behalf because he has a lot of influence.

How I got to know about Makhubelu

I got to know about Nkhube in 2011, I was in my first year at the university. At the time, he was not yet famous. He happened to be the classmate of my brother. I don’t know what was happening at the college where they both attended, but somehow music recording became popular during that time.

It was during that time of 2008-2010 when Nkhube recorded his freestyle as a football commentator. Then in 2011, I stumbled upon his freestyle in my bro’s computer. In 2012 I did a house mixtape integrating his freestyle.
